Position Overview:
The position is responsible for contacting potential guests by telephone to sell a discounted holiday package. Employ an empathetic, listening, problem solving approach to overcoming objections and persuade the guests to attend the preview presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
? Follow a scripted presentation to ensure accurate communication to potential guests and to maximize the number of preview package sold / presentations booked / A-Exchange promotion activities or any other related projects.
? Support the customer’s decision to purchase and travel on the Holiday Discovery Package by sharing benefits and reinforcing the fun and rewarding aspects of the package.
? Ensure all guests meet the qualifications and details of participation of each offer as set forth by AVC and ensure timely and accurate documentation of such.
? Ensure All customer details updated in Salesforce system.
? Effectively manage Company assigned leads for maximum conversion to preview package sales, including achieve 210 minutes talking time per day and according to the company regulations on the number of valid pass-hours.
? Perform clerical or other reasonable duties requested by the Shanghai Call Centre management team.

? 分享优惠信息、强调旅行套餐的乐趣及回报以引导支持客户的购买决定，通过“度假会探索”套餐进行旅游行程的安排。
? 确保所有客户符合安纳塔拉度假会规定的每项优惠的资格与参与细节，并确保及时准确地填写相关文件。
? 确保在 Salesforce 系统中更新所有客户的详细信息。
? 有效管理公司分配的客户资源，***限度地将其转化为预览套餐，包括达成每天210 分钟的接听时间，并遵守公司关于有效通时的规定。
? 上海呼叫中心管理团队安排的其他工作。
Job Specifications & Qualifications:
? High school or vocational secondary school above
? Excellent customer service and selling skills, including but not limited to, active listening, empathizing, problem solving, organized, detail oriented, follow through, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Previous telemarketing service and solution selling experience preferred
? Ability to work as a team player, in a personable and positive manner
? Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high volume environment. Able to perform well under deadlines and respond well to an environment of constant change
? Fluent in Mandarin. English and Cantonese speaking will be a plus
